What is the best part about your compensation package?
The benefits are good and same with the vacation time. We get 3 weeks plus unlimited sick days when needed.

What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is very collaborative and is always willing to help each other. We work efficiently and love to joke around which makes the working environment both effective and fun.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Kobo makes an effort to make everyone feel comfortable in the workplace. D&I is a priority here.

What did you like most about the interview process?
I heard back the same day that I got the job. I didn't have to wait at all which was great.

What makes you most happy at work?
I think the work place balance at Kobo is really good so being able to work and have no pressure to work outside my office hours is important.
