They put effort towards making their employees knowledgeable of what expectations are and why it's expected. The truly invest whatever is necessary into every employee. Awesome mission statement that is actually truthful. Not like most large companies.

I'll never forget my first day on the job, every single person in speaking range said hello.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We respect each other. We aren't all best friends but we aren't enemies or anything close. I've never seen such high respect for colleagues.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They allow and encourage me to let the company invest in me personally. Whether it be, my health, my financial situation, education, safety is always first, and they really add value to a person's work experience so they could move on to any competing companies. However, we don't want to leave.
