Koch Industries Leadership Employee Reviews

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Always looking for opportunities for growth

They ok but could be better show more respect to the employee's

We just have a lot of fun and teambuilding.

Their focus on company priorities and how our work supports the initiatives

freedom to try and test new ways of bringing value to the company

I like the approcach of Leissez faire leadership, as the management gives full autonomy to me . However, as this is mixed bureaucratic and a bit of rigidity, it limits ideas on better strategy.

Help out wen needed help train on jobs

When I was hired, my leadership team instantly said "what do you think?" And encouraged my fresh perspective. It was encouraging and welcoming from the start.

Good communication to the team

Teamwork is good, but the responsibilities are not separated equally.

Smart people to work. With

nice leadership and nice work culture

Always open to new ideas

Review from Finance Dept

Gave me decision rights over my projects. Treated me with respect.

One of the best companies to ever work for. Hires the best people

they treat everyone like family

Always up to be challenged with new ways of thinking and a chance to find a better option

They allow and encourage me to let the company invest in me personally. Whether it be, my health, my financial situation, education, safety is always first, and they really add value to a person's work experience so they could move on to any competing companies. However, we don't want to leave.

They actually listen, take your advice and do not think they are the smartest people in the room.

Supportive and in tune with direct reports

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Need to create a culture of openness and fairness.
