The communication with other people.

More than five rounds which includes a couple of panel discussions. This ensures you are culturally fit for the organization
The interview is focused on culture. They really care about who you are. It's a longer process, but it makes sure that they are hiring people who align with the culture, not just skilled at their work
The over all general questions about everything
It was a panel interview however each panel Member interviewed individually rather than all at once
