What do you like best about the leadership team?
They don't know what they are doing.

Onboarding, caring , sharing, leading
Leadership team solely focused on spreadsheets, not employees or customers.
Have a vision for transforming the company from a document-based BPM provider to a true BPM solution provider.

I am paid at a fair market value.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My salary is lower today than it was 5+ years ago. My commission compensation is very tenuous given the overall poor performance of the company.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I am lucky we actually like each other and support one another.
We all genuinely get along.
My team is incredible! They are all professional, hard-working, pleasant and always willing to lend a hand.
Smart, dedicated people that really care about what they do
Smart and motivated teammates across my team and many teams in which we interract.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Meetings were more about survival and how to keep customers in dark before they come to know which eventually always happens.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Tech is fast paced with new acquisitions and products all the time.
In my team, people are recognized for what they achieve.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
More transparency regarding policies, 360 feedback. Engagement of higher management with employees
Leadership change is desperately needed. Reynolds Bish is not a visionary and cannot lead the company from its doldrums.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Was just an informal chat and there was almost no competition.
They gave a tour and introduced you to people. It gives you first impressions of people and the work environment.
It progressed quite quickly and there was little delay.
I am indifferent about the process. Nothing negative but nothing really positive either.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?

I am enjoy working with my coworkers.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
No focus on developing the technology, only on revenue
There is not enough work to go around the company. A few people are busy and most are not. Those that are busy oftentimes are not expected to, and do not take the initiative to mentor others.
