There isn't much to talk about the human resource people are quite the opposite they could be considered in human resource.. they solve your day-to-day problems by handing you a phone number.. take for instance we are on Christmas shutdown and we are unable to get our paychecks...

When we get together there is nothing that we can't solve it is great seeing people come together and tackle a common problem

The people I work with.. the products we produce we are second to none.. our quality is outstanding.. which is a milestone to be said considering the lousy management that runs this company

The first thing I would start a process it is so up in the air on who walks through employees it's a mishmash a hodgepodge of who's ever available there is no pattern there is no routine
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need to learn what it's like to work in a shop again they need to talk to people and listen.. for too long they think their needs are our needs.. when you take care of your employee the employee will take care of their customer
