They need to learn what it's like to work in a shop again they need to talk to people and listen.. for too long they think their needs are our needs.. when you take care of your employee the employee will take care of their customer

I think it is market related and fare.
I like the company, 401k , retirement and bonuses

That the people that interviewed me was proud of the company and the years they have been at the company

The first thing I would start a process it is so up in the air on who walks through employees it's a mishmash a hodgepodge of who's ever available there is no pattern there is no routine

The people I work with.. the products we produce we are second to none.. our quality is outstanding.. which is a milestone to be said considering the lousy management that runs this company
