What did you like most about the interview process?
Easy to understand and support during the process
They were friendly and constructive
That the people that interviewed me was proud of the company and the years they have been at the company
scripted questions was clearly a fair approach to all candidates

The first thing I would start a process it is so up in the air on who walks through employees it's a mishmash a hodgepodge of who's ever available there is no pattern there is no routine
