What do you like best about the leadership team?
Super strong leadership throughout. Driven, transparent and easy to work with
Open book style of management
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need to allow diversity of thoughts to prosper and not force everyone to fit into a certain mold
Practice what you preach. It is next to impossible to take our supposed value system seriously when the very people who created it refuse to adhere to it.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Stock options, time off and pay
Base ctc is very competitive

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Focus on product improvement rather than fitting into the perception and focusing on soft skills more than deep engineering work
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There are people here who are trying so hard to make it bearable and they are greatly appreciated. They are the glue that holds this place together.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Need to speed up the hiring process
This process is fine but I would recommend looking at a candidates character as an indicator of their ability to live up to our values. Many recent hires are the exact opposite of what we supposedly stand for.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Literally everything. This is embarrassing to even have on my resume. Wipe the slate clean, starting with your executive team, and go back to the drawing board.
