What does the leadership team need to get better at?
I believe it's currently beyond repair. They should clean house - again - and start over with a team that is more diverse and has the ability to collaborate, lead and inspire, never mind actually get along with each other.

Restricted Shares Unit, medical insuracne

If they resolved the gender compensation and other inequities.

Culture shift from Midwestern Can Do to East Coast arrogant and unfriendly; cannot easily be fixed.
