They need to start talking to their people, remember their promises, have any view about company's future, stop lying
This company is not going to survive. Not when so many people leave and they cannot find new people. I highly recommend to avoid working for this company
I think they only pay people to stay, they cannot find professionals that would want to work for them and they start increasing salaries to try make people stay. But when you have this toxic kind of relationship with your employee no money can save this situation
They can change your environment without any notification. They can make you sit somewhere else without asking you, they can put a "silent wall" between two people who need to discuss product details on a regular basis. They use #OneTeam as one of the company values, but now in a sarcastic way
