Awesome employees and friendly environment just makes you smile to see all the smiles that come in and go back out ?
They are very understanding, yet they push us to do our best work and make sure that we're actually earning the pay we receive

What is the best part about your compensation package?
I get free donuts every once in a while so thats something a little extra along with the pay
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I do my job plus others. I make sure the store is clean and set up for the next shift and I'm expected to pick up the slack of others and get hours cut aa a reward for it. I work full time and still can't afford rent. 13 dollars an hour is not enough to survive. The company is not worth being homele
What are some of the best things about your team?
We're all here for the same thing, so we can easily get along and work together to reach our goals.
Everyone pitches in and works well together.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
The management staff needs to make the employees work instead of expecting one or 2 people to do everything
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People are happy to see you.
We all like to remember our regular customers and that makes it feel like a family.
Inclusiveness to non traditional mindsets
Everyone there are like friends, so we all get along and are able to make everyone's day a little easier

What did you like most about the interview process?
Friendly very explanatory and informative
I was nervous since it was my first interview, but the lady who is now one of my supervisors noticed and made sure I knew that I had nothing to be nervous about, which made it a lot easier for me
Everything, i recieved a job opportunity.
They asked me questions to make me think but to also find certain types of people to match good with current employee team already assembled.

What makes you most happy at work?
Making people happy and the donuts of course
Seeing the smiles of the customers who are genuinely happy to be there, and of the kids who automatically get excited once they see donuts
Just interacting and being able to do something you like, and for more income and more work experience.
The customers and atmosphere are always a refreshing feeling.
Eating free doughnuts and the free dozen doughnuts every week
