The money from the company is not going down to the employees. Some of KSE's venues have been the most successful they have ever been but much still needs updated and repaired. The ownership does not care to invest in the company. Greed has taken over.

Making the fan experience amazing for those coming to events at the venues.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The co-workers who care, really do care. There are several people in higher level positions that show strong disinterest in working there.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Money needs to be invested in multiple departments of the venues. A vast amount of equipment is outdated and needs upgrading. the infrastructure needs to be fixed.
