What do you like best about the leadership team?
How hands on they are with those below them
They care a lot more about retaining internal employees than my last place of employment did so it's a huge step up.
Great knowledge and fun to be around!
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Everything, but mostly bringing the divisiveness down and encouraging staff to work together
Everything! Actually have an idea of what we all do, value us, stand up for us, not do everything for their own personal agendas.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The Ticket benefits that we get
Nothing is compensated at my level.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Being valued and fairly compensated
We are not paid any where near national average and has been stated that "we are not a company that is willing to do that."
What are some of the best things about your team?
The co-workers who care, really do care. There are several people in higher level positions that show strong disinterest in working there.
How well we get along and how close we have gotten
How well we all get along
They are quick learners and fun!
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Communication, and realize that their department is not nay more important than any other department.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Making the fan experience amazing for those coming to events at the venues.

What I do. It's not a job to me its fun
It is fun and always different!
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Money needs to be invested in multiple departments of the venues. A vast amount of equipment is outdated and needs upgrading. the infrastructure needs to be fixed.
