Way too much work for the pay. Severe burnout. Hours worse than in banking
Like any large, global organization it has positive and negative parts. But overall it has been a great experience, and the firm continues to grow. This provides opportunities for personal growth and career advancement...but they arent just handed to you. You have to work for them.
