What do you like best about the leadership team?
The executive team has taken time to get out and know the employees and business units on an intimate level.
Smart, driven, positively minded. Has carved out a good growth path for the firm going forward.

There are managers who yell at people and provide zero guidance
What is the best part about your compensation package?
It's worth to our hard work
Compensation package os good, but not great. Bonuses are noce (if youre on a well performing team).
Variable pay and flexi comp structure
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The compensation is two timea lower than what people in banking are paid for doing the same job

Friendly nature help to each other's.

Imporve culture; create an evironment where people can learn not get yelled at every day
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Diversity, equality and inclusion are not just words but acted out every day at Kroll.
I can work from home or office as needed. While the company encourages in-office there is no presure to be there every day

Hire managers who can create a good culture
