- What did you like most about the interview process?I found it to be comfortable. In my case, the interview was in person. I met with a group of five senior employees. I received an offer at the end of the interview.
- What makes you most happy at work?The ability to contribute to a worthy cause. Kryterion exists to support individuals worldwide in their career journey by delivering certification and credentialing exams of various types. It's quite gratifying to see those individuals succeed.
- What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?The company believes in transparency and works hard to respond to staff concerns. Our CEO publicly addresses most comments and issues submitted for consideration.
