What do you like best about the leadership team?
The Leadership Team is truly collaborative and effective. They work hard to establish goals and objectives that the entire company - all of our colleagues - can get behind.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Full health insurance at a reasonable price. Matching 401k. Nice time-off plan.
The 401k is great and the days off and health benefits are better than average.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

What are some of the best things about your team?
All of my colleagues are fun and easy to work with. They bring various strengths and insights to our work, as you might imagine. Teamwork is easy and comfortable. We support each other.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The company believes in transparency and works hard to respond to staff concerns. Our CEO publicly addresses most comments and issues submitted for consideration.

What did you like most about the interview process?
I found it to be comfortable. In my case, the interview was in person. I met with a group of five senior employees. I received an offer at the end of the interview.

What makes you most happy at work?
The ability to contribute to a worthy cause. Kryterion exists to support individuals worldwide in their career journey by delivering certification and credentialing exams of various types. It's quite gratifying to see those individuals succeed.
