Mr. Huy Hoang Hoang has been Senior Vice President of Aftermarket Products and Services Business Line and Global Sales and Service at Kulicke and Soffa Industries, Inc. since April 11, 2017. Mr. Hoang is responsible for driving operational excellence throughout the company's global sales and service organizations. In addition, he is also leading aftermarket products and services business. Mr. Hoang served as an Executive Vice President of Global Business Operations and Office of the CEO at Mattson Technology, a leading supplier of semiconductor processing equipment to the global semiconductor industry. He was responsible for the global sales, marketing, business and support/service/legacy organizations. He grew the company's revenue by 50% after the first year and helped to achieve a significant corporate turnaround ' after 22 consecutive quarters of losses, the company has achieved 10 consecutive profitable quarters. Before Mattson Technology, he was Vice President of sales and business development at Novellus Systems. Hoang's career spans more than 30 years at leading semiconductor and semiconductor capital equipment companies including Applied Materials, STMicroelectronics and Texas Instruments. In addition to his proven skills in leadership, management, engineering, marketing and sales, Hoang has valuable experience in establishing and managing international sales and service operations, including prior expatriate assignments in Europe and Asia. Mr. Hoang received his B.Sc. degree in Chemistry and M.Sc. degree in Materials Engineering. He holds 2 granted patents, numerous publications and chaired several international symposia/conferences. He is a Board Director of Cenergy Power, a clean power solutions company with focus on delivering unmatched value to commercial and agricultural customers.
