Irene Lee — Senior VP of Global Operations & Chief Quality Officer at Kulicke and Soffa Industries

Ms. Irene Lee has been the Chief Quality Officer and Senior Vice President of Global Operations of Kulicke & Soffa Industries Inc., since August 2012 and April 1, 2014 respectively. Ms. Lee served as Vice President of Kulicke & Soffa Industries Inc. from August 2012 to April 1, 2014. Ms. Lee is responsible for overseeing the quality assurance function across the Kulicke & Soffa global organization. Ms. Lee is a technology industry veteran with more than 30 years of engineering and quality control experience. She served at Seagate Technology International Inc. in various operations, engineering and quality-related positions over a 24 year career. Ms. Lee had been responsible for overall factory quality and product reliability engineering for Asia and managed a staff of over 1000. Prior to Seagate Technology, she served as a Design Engineer at Hughes Offshore Group Ltd. Ms. Lee holds Advanced Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Singapore Polytechnic, a Master's of Business Administration from the University of Leeds and a certificate on Strategic Leadership from Harvard Business School.
