Mr. Wong served as Senior Vice President of Ball Bonder Business Unit & Strategic Solutions Development at Kulicke and Soffa Industries, Inc. since October 10, 2017. Mr. Wong served as Vice President of Ball Bonder Business Line & Strategic Solutions Development at Kulicke and Soffa Industries, Inc. since September 20, 2016. Mr. Wong served as Vice President of Ball Bonder Business Line at Kulicke and Soffa Industries, Inc. since 2006 until September 20, 2016. Mr. Wong served as Vice President of Ball and Die Bonder Business Unit Management at Kulicke and Soffa Industries, Inc. since 2006. Mr. Wong leads the Ball Bonder, Die Bonder, Tools, Blades and Support Services Business Units Marketing and Product groups. He joined K&S in 1997 as Application Manager before moving on to lead the Ball Bonder Product Management team. Prior to joining K&S, he served as the Process and Packaging Engineering Manager at STMicroelectronics for 13 years.
