What makes you most happy at work?
Nothing really makes me happy at work except for talking with my coworkers in the brief time I can.
I frequently have great kids. They are all special. The parents care or they wouldn't bring them to us.
When I see the strategies working and our franchisees excited about their business.
Seeing some student finish his/her assignment and jump with joy.
Talking to coworkers by far.

The work given to the children is terrible and outdated and does not correspond with what they are learning in school. The work they do here does not help with the real troubles they are having in school.
