I was never given any executive team info or HR numbers to call. My manager made it seem like the only higher up communication we could have was directly to her.

Staff ideas get ignored and the boss has failed on multiple occasions to be constructive with conflict resolution. Nearly every staff member has to do more work than what they were originally hired for.

Having an equal work load

If i got paid more, we graded so many of the student's work and helped so many students for such a bad paycheck.

my boss makes me constantly feel like im doing something wrong and keeps contradicting herself even though im new and makes me feel like im incompetent even though i work after my classes which are already stressing enough

Don't hire teenagers who do not know how to work with students and have no experience with teaching children.
