Staff ideas get ignored and the boss has failed on multiple occasions to be constructive with conflict resolution. Nearly every staff member has to do more work than what they were originally hired for.
Having an equal work load
If i got paid more, we graded so many of the student's work and helped so many students for such a bad paycheck.

The only negative was the length of time for interview process but it was nice to interview so many people in various roles during that process.

Nothing really makes me happy at work except for talking with my coworkers in the brief time I can.
