A few are hard working people who really care about the quality of work. Most just don't care and are insubordinate.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our manager how well they interact with the team and do there best to help or take the teams input on things.
Very relaxed and accepting every day
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The company cutter is great. Staff and some management are the only ones holding others back with their unprofessionalism.
What did you like most about the interview process?
How well they they was and how well they listen to and interacted with myself
It felt like a conversation instead of a ninterview.
