What do you like best about the leadership team?
They create a great culture and working environment. They coach me every day, but also let me be me.
Senior management provides the tools to be successful and they share the KPIs reflecting how the company is performing.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Setting down their egos, treat employees like humans, keep promises, see Glassdoor reviews and comments.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
It is uncapped, so if I keep raising the bar, my comp goes with it.
The salary is competitive for the specific job requirements in the Dallas market and the insurance is good.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Nobody cares how you feel or what you say.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Lots of energy. Good people. Super motivated!

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Very open. The office is open, all of management's doors are always open. Casual yet very competitive.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Everyone needs to be fired and replaced with younger and better people. Did I mention that they are super old?
