What do you like best about the leadership team?
Able to associate with people positively which makes easy cooperation
They are committed to the long term stability of KWS and their affiliates. By focusing on a sustainable future, treating their employees with respect and and excellent amount of benefits, plus the executive team having meetings with us keeps them connected on a more personal level.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
communication, understanding, trust, time management,planning
What is the best part about your compensation package?
It is being fulfilled accordingly
Great PTO, Excellent pay, low cost health insurance, high annual bonus.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
no value for work, education, talent. they value for flattering, showoff
Compensation is minimized and shaded due to information being available for nearly every employee, therefore it also being questioned. Management continuously has to explain to their employees every personnel topic without them being able to focus on contributing to their team.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Transparent, working together, and friendly. Great atmosphere and constructive and approachable teammates.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Meetings are needed in order to get people to work as well as to guide them, rather than following up on requests and 1on1 conversations. In order to improve the company needs to have a less 'meeting & action' oriented culture and switch to a action oriented while wanting to cont. improve.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
management and leads and people making policies
Creating a clear HR vision of collaboration values that are assessed and enforced during employee-supervisory dialogues. The old values have to be updated as well, and once updated the Executive Board has to live and stand by them as well as actively request statistics from HR on its progress.
What did you like most about the interview process?
confusing, easy, and drammatic and unrealiable
Genuine interest, while underselling the function - share values as well as challenging opinions without being condemned.

When all of my workmates and customers are happy
Support of other colleagues and idea makers that continue to improve the work collaboration - seemingly having a effortless movement on deliverables. Moreover, seeing innovative ways to change the industry, as well as in the administrative departments.
The new challenges I face solving product issues, or developing new tools and resources for the production team.

Implementing good planning and management, changing top lead's attitude
