Compensation is minimized and shaded due to information being available for nearly every employee, therefore it also being questioned. Management continuously has to explain to their employees every personnel topic without them being able to focus on contributing to their team.
Meetings are needed in order to get people to work as well as to guide them, rather than following up on requests and 1on1 conversations. In order to improve the company needs to have a less 'meeting & action' oriented culture and switch to a action oriented while wanting to cont. improve.

Creating a clear HR vision of collaboration values that are assessed and enforced during employee-supervisory dialogues. The old values have to be updated as well, and once updated the Executive Board has to live and stand by them as well as actively request statistics from HR on its progress.
