A good salary with good benefits
Bonus scheme is not riddled with complexity that is designed to ensure you don't achieve it - like in some other companies. I'm glad to say Kyriba is not like that.

Everyone is kind and works towards common goals
Diverse, different yet tied with together with the same passion to drive results

The collaboration within the teams, good nature and spirit towards one another.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was challenging but in a way that I found made me want the job even more. The questions were relevant to the role and every interviewer had focus areas.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to set up my own goals and chase for improvements where I feel I can make a change
It can be a lot of hard work. but a comfortable work environment always helps.
