Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I do not feel undervalued as an individual, but I know that (for my role) total comp is lower at Kyruus than at other organizations. That said, I love my job, the corporate culture, and feel our mission and vision are extremely compelling reasons to be at Kyruus.
