Bruce A. Soll — Senior Vice President of Company Affairs and Counsel of Company Affairs at L Brands

Mr. Bruce A. Soll serves as Senior Advisor of Hudson Abel & Company. Mr. Soll serves as Senior Vice President of Company Affairs and Counsel of Company Affairs at L Brands, Inc. (formerly, Limited Brands, Inc.), where he joined in September 1991. Mr. Soll served as the Counselor to the Secretary of Commerce in the Bush Administration from February 1989 to September 1991, where he served as a Senior Policy Official and focused on international trade, telecommunications and technology. He served as a Counsel on numerous Reagan-Bush projects and served as the Director for Finance of Ronald Reagan's Presidential Foundation and Library. He serves on the Boards of River South Authority, the Ohio Bicentennial Commission, the Columbus Jewish Federation & Foundation, the Jewish Theological Seminary and The Ohio State University's Wexner Center for the Arts Foundation. He serves on the Boards of the Ohio Export Promotion and Trade Council, The Columbus Symphony Orchestra and the Columbus Trade Point Center. He served as a Director of Alliance Data Systems Corporation from February 1996 to June 2004. Mr. Soll holds a Bachelor's degree from Claremont McKenna College and a J.D. from the University of Southern California Law School.
