James Forson — Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President and Treasurer at La Quinta Holdings

Mr. James H. Forson, also known as Jim, has been the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of La Quinta Holdings Inc. since February 18, 2016 and has been its Treasurer since 2012. Mr. Forson had been the Interim Chief Financial Officer of La Quinta Holdings Inc. since November 12, 2015 until February 18, 2016. Mr. Forson had been the Chief Accounting Officer and Senior Vice President of La Quinta Holdings Inc. until February 18, 2016. Mr. Forson served as Vice President and Controller of La Quinta from joining in 2010 to 2012 and also served as Acting Chief Financial Officer from 2012 to 2013. He served as an Audit Senior Manager with Grant Thornton LLP from 2006 to 2010. He graduated from the University of Virginia's McIntire School of Commerce with a bachelor of science in Commerce with distinction and is a Certified Public Accountant in Texas.
