What is the best part about your compensation package?

Vacation time and they paay fairly

I work part-time so I don't receive any benefits. Most of the people that work there are part-time because they are teachers. I am not a teacher.

Increase in my salary every year is based upon how much I take on. Very fair and competitive.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

no growth opportunities -- leadership wanting to bring in 'their' people from the outside.

Entry level positions should be paid fairly and evenly until experience level has grown to show mastering of skills.
