It's been great working here and when you work at a place you like and feel positive about, it makes the customer also positive. We greet everyone that comes in the door to make them feel special, I feel like this is a great way to get to know your customer. I've made many a friend in customers

What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is like my family. The people that I work with are extremely positive and puts forth that positivity on us and the customers.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was very short, I think they just wanted to make sure I was a generally nice person, since I would be working around children also
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I work part-time so I don't receive any benefits. Most of the people that work there are part-time because they are teachers. I am not a teacher.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
This store has a lot of room to grow, and not just the specific store I worked at. The managers are always willing to upgrade your security when authorization is required if you show initiative
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our customers are made up of teachers, most likely about 65% and the other percent are parents. All of the stores host a craft every Saturday for the kids-they love it! It gives the parents time to shop while the kids are engaged. Teachers often join too, it gives them ideas for the classroom
