This store has a lot of room to grow, and not just the specific store I worked at. The managers are always willing to upgrade your security when authorization is required if you show initiative

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Vacation time and they paay fairly
I work part-time so I don't receive any benefits. Most of the people that work there are part-time because they are teachers. I am not a teacher.
Increase in my salary every year is based upon how much I take on. Very fair and competitive.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Teamwork, open to new ideas
Team work during high volume days
most of the team is very friendly but teachers have very limited availability
Team work, hard workers, positive, motivational, and skillful with every task given to them.
My team is like my family. The people that I work with are extremely positive and puts forth that positivity on us and the customers.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Friendly and helpful and kind

Thar they care about the employee no less than their abolity to get the job done is refreshing .
Our customers are made up of teachers, most likely about 65% and the other percent are parents. All of the stores host a craft every Saturday for the kids-they love it! It gives the parents time to shop while the kids are engaged. Teachers often join too, it gives them ideas for the classroom
Work hard but what you put into it is what you get out of it. Career opportunities are great for hardworking, smart, flexible people.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I felt both interviews made me feel comfortable and my work ethic was noticed immeditaly .
It was very short, I think they just wanted to make sure I was a generally nice person, since I would be working around children also
They made me feel very comfortable - asked good questions but not scary.
What makes you most happy at work?
Coworkers a leaders are kind and helpful
