Always available but a bit a partial in terms of taking decisions. Need to change the way they evaluate employees. Bring newer ways of thinking and working.

What did you like most about the interview process?
Quick process and the recruiter was on time to give offer letter and have a clear understanding of role and responsibilities. Excellent TAT on closing the position
