What do you like best about the leadership team?
friendly, helpful, encouraging me always
They tend to under appreciate the employees
developing skills (and taking advantage of existing skills) rather than forcing employees to just produce at breakneck speed to satisfy never-ceasing customer demands
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Live employee interactions, making connection a priority. Keep it simple and authentic.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I get paid every week
raises are low -- the good raises are given to a select few, most just get a token 2%
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
need a market adjustment for current role
A liveable wage. Management that doesn't cause lam's massive employee turn over rate due to being unbearable, treatment borderlining/line crossing harassment that actually caused my coworker to attempt suicide prior to being forced standing with fractured ribs, after Dalke denied his medical rights
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is very small
We all help each other out during the build
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Management needs to stop firing the hardest workers because they are threatened by folks more capable than the people in charge. Those workers don't want the bosses job. They just wanted even a crumb of GENUINE appreciation. They only get false hope, mistreatment, & cant afford 1bdrApts alone
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We have communities that help build a better culture and bring people together
The amenities offered at work
pay more than lip service to work/life balance, and if employees have to work nights and weekends reward that tangibly (extra pay, not "thanks for helping us put customers first!")
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Ethical treatment from management. Pay that actually provides decent quality of life.. Honestly the pay is decent.. BUT, Management has a knack for making good pay, end up being not enough pay to deal with the toxic enviorment

Positive, kept me in the loop the entire time, never had to track anyone down

The flexibility and the ability to reach out and be intentional about the relationships I cultivate.
My coworkers have a good family atmosphere
All the fundamentals of the company (revenue, sales, stock price, gross margin) have been climbing rapidly -- use some of that to develop employees rather than treating them in churn-and-burn fashion.
