Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Collaboration. Practicing humble humility that they preach. Active listening to people closest to work. Gut the HR team totally ineffective from top to bottom.
A complete housecleaning starting with the plant manager working down. Alot of black mold is in the facility
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Salary and PTO was good. Healthcare below competitors. 401k match could be improved.
Well when I had it it was above par to anything in the area
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Took pay cut for job there was promised to gap close never happened. Equity is a joke compared to PE, especially with falling share price.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Better collaboration. Smartest, most capable and business savvy people excluded. They want to execute outdated CPG playbook that needs to be trashed. HR needs to be gutted far too large for company size.

Hire competent capable people, people in positions that require education and training in key positions that do not have the IQ to be effective, even EQ questionable.
Sanitation is a Dept that is different. The people who process, run the filler lines, utilities, can easily be replaced. It takes a person who takes alot of pride, attention to detail, and leads who know the job inside/out to train the Sanitor. You have to know the job to be effective

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Gut HR department and hire best people not people that hit some demographic quota. Company way overvalued intristic value is way less than share price at best a $2.4B valuation.

Short. Took a few days.

Mutual respect with coworkers that is reciprocated that didn't exist within company.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Product innovation is really not innovative. The brand is really not a brand. Procurement is out on a pedestal but when PNOC is a metric it can be manipulated.
