Better collaboration. Smartest, most capable and business savvy people excluded. They want to execute outdated CPG playbook that needs to be trashed. HR needs to be gutted far too large for company size.
Hire competent capable people, people in positions that require education and training in key positions that do not have the IQ to be effective, even EQ questionable.
Sanitation is a Dept that is different. The people who process, run the filler lines, utilities, can easily be replaced. It takes a person who takes alot of pride, attention to detail, and leads who know the job inside/out to train the Sanitor. You have to know the job to be effective
Gut HR department and hire best people not people that hit some demographic quota. Company way overvalued intristic value is way less than share price at best a $2.4B valuation.

Product innovation is really not innovative. The brand is really not a brand. Procurement is out on a pedestal but when PNOC is a metric it can be manipulated.
