What do you like best about the leadership team?
Straightforward and knowledgeable and very engaged at all aspects of the Company operations.
The new management is open, direct and very future-forward about biotech development but with the experience and contacts to put our business and tasks into context.
Very positive and upbeat and provide lots of opportunities to learn and also interact with other companies and research organizations.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Leadership does not exist yet...totally run by buddies.

Bonus opportunities and also pre IPO stock options
