Mr. Daniel C. Schooley, also known as Dan, has been an Senior Vice President of Operations at Laredo Petroleum, Inc. since May 18, 2016. Mr. Schooley served as Senior Vice President of Midstream and Marketing at Laredo Petroleum, Inc. from February 2014 to May 18, 2016 and served as its Vice President of Marketing since June 2007 until February 2014. Mr. Schooley served as Vice President of Marketing and Information Technology at Laredo Petroleum, Inc. since September 2008. Mr. Schooley served as Marketing Manager of Latigo Petroleum, Inc., since October 2003 Until May 2006. He served as Vice President of Marketing & IT of Latigo Petroleum, Inc. He has industry experience spanning two decades which includes the founding of Stalwart Energy Company (later merged into Lumen Energy Corporation) and management posts with Oxley Petroleum. Since 2000, Mr. Schooley directed consulting services for Schooley & Associates in the areas of wholesale and retail natural gas marketing, energy risk management and natural gas contract negotiation and administration. He served as Managing Consultant at Resource Analysis and Management Group from 1982. He served as Senior Vice President of Oxley Petroleum. His experience includes expert testimony relative to damage calculations, fair market value and customary business practices in the natural gas gathering, processing and marketing business. His experience also includes electric power aggregation and distributed generation consulting. He co-founded Stalwart Energy Company and served as its Chief Operating Officer and President. He served as Chairman of Electric Restructuring Task Force at Oklahoma Independent Petroleum Association. He served as President of Oklahoma Independent Petroleum Association and serves as a Member of the Texas Alliance and the Panhandle Producers and Royalty Owners Associations. He serves as Director of the Oklahoma Independent Petroleum Association. He serves as Member of OIPA Wildcatters Club. Mr. Schooley holds a Bachelors degree in Forestry and a Masters degree in Resource Economics, both from Oklahoma State University.
