Mr. Kenneth E. Dornblaser, also known as Ken, has been a Senior Vice President and General Counsel of Laredo Petroleum, Inc. since June 2011 and has been its Corporate Secretary since 2012. Mr. Dornblaser has been founding member of Johnson Jones Dornblaser Coffman & Shorb since 1994. Prior to Laredo, Mr. Dornblaser was engaged in the private practice of law in Tulsa, Oklahoma since 1980. Mr. Dornblaser graduated from Oklahoma State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and the University of Oklahoma where he received his Juris Doctorate degree.
