Leaving their egos at the door. Hire in the right leadership, don't depend so much on length of time at Latham as qualifier for leadership positions, consider real experience in respective disciplines as pre-requisites, and listen and respect the voices of the employees who are down in the weeds.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The bonus evens out the relatively low salary.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Awful management/leadership, no communication, high expectations no direction. Micro managing but only concerned with ETA, not how they can help make things better.
