How's the work life balance at LatinWorks?
Like any agency - not great, but has its ups and downs. This isn’t a 9-5 job.
How's the vacation policy at LatinWorks?
Technically 2 weeks up to 3 years, 3 weeks once you hit 5 years. Agency closes for all holidays and is closed the week between Christmas and New Years. Overall, very lax and open pending you clear with your manager. I’ve never worried about not having days to take when I need to.

The culture is positive. Leadership provides work life balance with half-day summer Fridays, bring your dog to work day, summer parties, etc
