The stated values match the culture. Even though the leadership team established the values, the culture is driven from the bottom up. As we've grown, the culture has gotten stronger.

Everyone cares about each other and are rooting for each other. I've never seen a Sales team be so supportive of each other, and that goes for all the other teams.

I think we have established a great culture, and that starts at the top. Overall, each department head knows their team and knows what motivates them. Our Marketing and Sales teams are exceptional.

They strike the right balance between vision and empathy. The values the company established are lived by them and they lead by example. When they ask for feedback, they actually listen and make changes based on that feedback.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is on the same page and strives to work for each other. I've never been around so many people that are able to put their egos aside and work to make the company great and not just themselves.
