They want the best and want to promote from within.
They strike the right balance between vision and empathy. The values the company established are lived by them and they lead by example. When they ask for feedback, they actually listen and make changes based on that feedback.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Grocery stipend while the office has been closed
Salary is good. Equity is valuable.

Umlimited PTO is great (we're also constantly encouraged to take time off)
Getting $50 weekly for food while we're all remote. It's nice to change up the meals, be able to buy that expensive take out, and tip the workers at the restaurants.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Our people team is working towards compensation transparency, which is a start.

We are very interested in Growth and Development but do not have the capacity to develop our employees and reward them. There is no incentive to perform at a high level

The good thing about my team is that we communicate very well
Everyone is on the same page and strives to work for each other. I've never been around so many people that are able to put their egos aside and work to make the company great and not just themselves.
They are open to feedback and everyone wants to grow and grow together

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The stated values match the culture. Even though the leadership team established the values, the culture is driven from the bottom up. As we've grown, the culture has gotten stronger.
