The three things that stand out to me about our leadership team are humility, transparency, and humanity (that is, being comfortable with, and modeling that, every employee is a human first)

Feels like one team, not a bunch of teams with their heads down doing their own work. We are all pulling in the same direction. Props to our leadership team for that.

People embody the "Ship, Shipmate, Self" value to the core. They look out for each other and for each other's goals. They care deeply about the outcome, and celebrate each other's wins with selflessness and pride.
