Reaching my goals and bringing the results I strive to, while also collaborating with my team, and getting to know them more and more with each day we spend together, as they are amazing people and professionals!

Generally, I like the absence of micromanagement; the company simply trusts you. My team is just the best, as we communicate a lot, not only on work-related issues, I can turn to them for any support needed, and they always happy to help.
