Mr. Jenkins operated a Golf Travel Business and served as a Business Consultant from 1996 to 2000. He served as an Executive Vice President, Secretary and a Member of Executive Team of Bally Gaming International, Inc. from 1993 to 1996, where he helped coordinate business development, legal and licensing matters for Bally Manufacturing's gaming industry spin-off. From 1985 to 1992, he served as Vice President, Secretary and General Counsel of Bally Manufacturing Corporation. He also served as Secretary of Bally Total Fitness International, Inc. He began his career, working in labor relations for Bally Manufacturing Corporation in 1974. He has 22 years of experience in gaming machine, casino and lottery businesses. He has been a Director of Nexthealth, Inc. since 1994. He served as a Director of Multimedia Games Holding Company Inc. from October 2006 to December 19, 2014. He served as a Director of Bally Gaming International Inc., from 1993 to 1996. He served as a Member of the board of trustees of the International Association of Gaming Attorneys for 9 years. Mr. Jenkins holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Brown University in 1971 and a Juris Doctor degree from Loyola University Chicago School of Law in 1980. He holds a Master of Science degree in Financial Markets from the Center for Law & Financial Markets at the Illinois Institute of Technology.
