- What would you improve about your company's interview process?This place has a revolving door. Management is poor and bad behavior is allowed as long as you're in power. Diversity is a major problem and they've recently hired a few token employees but no one at a mid or senior management level. Management is a boys club of yes men.
- What's going wrong and how can it be improved?One of the worse experiences I have ever had with a "company." There is no communication or clear directions on what you will be doing. The people in charge if you want to call it that. Seem to just go through the motions and do not care about making people feel welcome and informed.
- What needs to change to make the company culture better?Future employees beware. Absolutely everything is wrong about the company top to bottom. If you make the mistake of working for them you will regret it.
